وَلَنَصْبِرَنَّ عَلٰى مَٓا اٰذَيْتُمُونَاۜ وَعَلَى اللّٰهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُتَوَكِّلُونَ۟
(14:12)
The Sacred Quran depicts how Allah Almighty details the hardships endured by the Prophets, and how they were continually subjected to persecution, subjugation, and evil.
Despite these hurdles, the Prophets and virtuous good people staunchly held fast to the path of Allah, exhibiting endurance.
Unfazed, they persevered along the path of Allah.
The Prophets showcased resoluteness, demonstrating perseverance and trust in Allah amid tribulations and malice.
Post our Beloved Prophet Muhammed, peace be upon him, there have been no subsequent prophets.
Nevertheless, there are believers who persist in following the path of the Prophets.
The path tread by the Prophets is strewn with hardship and suppression.
The virtuous are incessantly confounded with injustice.
This has always been the norm, and nothing has shifted. In the current end times, the suffering and injustice have magnified.
The more virtuous deeds people perform, the more they encounter injustice and suppression.
The call of the hour is to pursue the path of the Prophets and counter this tyranny with faith in Allah.
For those who place their trust in Allah, no effort goes to waste.
The injustice they bear, and the persecution they succumb to, only amplify their status with Allah.
Allah will recompense them for their tolerance and faith.
The most profound mercy they already witness in this world is that they are not the oppressors but the innocent victims.
This is the apex of grace:
For Allah is with the downtrodden.
Allah, the Supreme and Mighty, decrees, there is no barrier between the plea of the oppressed and Me.
The oppressors will inevitably account for the suffering they inflict.
Either they will repent in this worldly realm, or they will fruitlessly regret it in the afterlife.
One individual wronging another is one issue.
An entirely separate matter is when an individual unjustly treats people en masse and discriminates against them.
Due to one person, everyone suffers.
Allah, the Supreme and Mighty, will enforce the rights of the oppressed.
We must have faith in Allah.
All deeds should be performed for the sake of Allah.
Virtuous acts should be performed for Allah's approval, devoid of underlying motives.
Influence others towards the righteous path, assist others, and enact good deeds to secure Allah's favor.
Those who create obstacles for the good are oppressors and will undoubtedly be penalised.
May Allah bestow judgment and understanding upon people.
Do not trade your afterlife for worldly stimuli.
There are individuals who portray themselves as great scholars.
Regrettably, they are, often than not, the ones who have bartered their afterlife for worldly gains.
May Allah shield us from the wrath of such hypocrites.
May Allah fortify our volition towards virtue.
May Allah shed his guidance upon people at large and Muslims in particular.
Those oppressors who remain oblivious to their missteps and refrain from repentance will not meet a happy end.
Allah stands with the truth and with those who uphold truth.
May Allah extend his aid to us.
Success is solely a grant from Allah.

إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
(10:81)
Allah thwarts the evil-doers from realizing fruitful success.
Those tainted with corruption and engaging in wicked deeds face a grim ending.
The efforts of the immoral yield nothing.
Actions born from corruption bring no benefits, to the self or others.
They deem themselves clever, acting with the false conviction of victory.
Yet, ultimately, they and their deeds are destined for demise.
Malevolent individuals are not going to meet favorable ends.
Allah Almighty leaves vile and corrupt individuals without His support. Without Allah's aid, success is unattainable.
Spitefulness paves no path to goodness.
Evil fuels disaster and corruption.
Despite their attempts to guise themselves in virtuous light, they cannot mask the truth from Allah.
Allah Almighty, through our blessed Prophet, orders followers of Allah's path to be upright.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
فَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ وَمَن تَابَ مَعَكَ
(11:112)
Allah's command directs us to tread the path of righteousness without stray.
Follow the righteous path and shun the corrupt path laden with malevolence.
Those treading in the Prophet's footsteps are urged to tread the straight path, unswerving.
Those who stay true to the righteous path refrain from deceit, harmful deeds, and wickedness.
Any individual fueled by malice and engaged in wickedness dwells in futility.
This world's worth is trifling. Deceptiveness, dishonesty, and trickery may appear rewarding, but ultimately result in loss.
Allah Almighty despises wickedness and wrongdoers. Surely, the evildoers must face their retribution - evil shall reap its own.
If justice isn't met in this life, it awaits, more significantly, in the life hereafter.
No greater bliss exists than being with Allah.
To be a cherished servant of Allah forms the highest divine blessing.
Our efforts should aim for earning Allah's divine pleasure.
We must seek what brings joy to Allah.
Reject what displeases Allah: Evil!
May Allah extend His aid to us.
It might seem effortless, yet the perverted ego harbors an affinity for corruption.
Guard yourself wisely.
May Allah shield us from the harm and wickedness of the self-absorbed ego and evildoers.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَواْ وَّٱلَّذِينَ هُم مُّحۡسِنُونَ
(128:16)
صدق الله العظيم
Allah the Almighty is with those who fear Him and those who do good.
He who fears Allah, does not harm anyone.
He tries to do good to all.
These are Allah's beloved servants, Allah's Holy ones, the Awliya.
It is easy to say, but often hard to implement.
It is difficult to find such people.
Ego leads people astray and brings them off track.
People who have gone astray think highly of themselves. They no longer act sensibly but have become slaves to their egos.
If you do something for the sake of your ego, it will have no benefit.
Even if you fulfill a command of Allah, but you do it for your ego, it will have no benefit.
At that moment, you have fulfilled your duty, but lost every blessing and benefit.
There is no blessing and benefit in things done for the ego.
You will not attain the pleasure of Allah by doing things for the sake of your ego.
A person who follows their ego, who is arrogant and conceited, will only achieve things that are useless.
Sometimes such people realize their mistake, repent, and save themselves; but often not.
With the evil of their egos, such people harm not only themselves but also those who were led to believe in and follow them.
Allah the Almighty despises pride, arrogance, and conceit.
These vices lead to the removal of blessing and benefit from actions and deeds.
This is a trap of Satan to make people and their deeds worthless.
Satan aims to put people in a miserable condition like himself, making them worthless.
In this state, humans only do things that have no benefit or cause harm.
A person without awe of Allah is ready for all evils.
May Allah protect us from the evil of such people.
This warning applies to everyone. No matter how great or super a person may seem.
Often you hear people say: "What a great person! What all they do!"
"They did this! They accomplished that!"
Appearances can be deceiving.
The only thing that matters is: Is this person god-fearing? Does this person rebel against Allah?
Does this person guide people to the right path? Or, does this person lead people astray? These are the things to consider.
Allah the Almighty is with those who fear Him.
Do not be deceived by the appearances of people. It doesn't matter if someone is the biggest or seemingly smallest person in this world.
These appearances or circumstances do not count.
The most important thing is whether you are with Allah or not.
Being among those who are with Allah is the key.
Nothing else matters.
The things of this world stay in this world.
Whether rich or poor.
Whatever you are; only those who are with Allah will be saved.
Even if you own the whole world.
It will be of no use to you.
Let us fear Allah.
Let us ask Allah for mercy.
Be happy that you are doing things that please Allah. Allah Himself lets you do these things.
Beware of the trials and temptations of this world.
May Allah protect us and not lead us into temptation.

Thanks to Allah, the Almighty.
We are grateful for all His generous gifts that the Almighty has given us.
No matter how much we give thanks, it is never enough.
We live by the grace of Allah, in faith - may it remain so.
May Allah protect us.
One only attains humanity by worshipping Allah.
The greater the distance to Allah, the greater is also the distance to one's own humanity.
Our actions lose their meaning.
Nothing but harm is caused.
Anyone who turns away from Allah, the Almighty, falls into a pitiful state.
The more you distance yourself from Allah, the Almighty, the more miserable your state becomes.
The more we worship Allah, the Almighty, the more benefit we derive from it.
We are getting closer to Allah.
اقترب من الله بالنوافل
The more we worship Allah, the closer we get to him.
Strive to perform additional voluntary prayers in order to get closer.
Don't forget to perform additional voluntary prayers.
There are countless voluntary prayers counted as Sunnah.
There is the Duha or Ishrāq prayer.
After Dhuhr or Isha, you can choose to pray four raka'āt instead of the usual two in the last Sunnah prayer.
Two raka'āt are normal, but praying four brings a significant blessing.
There is a wonderful blessing in praying four raka'āt in place of two for the last two raka'āt of the Dhuhr and Isha prayer.
Two raka'āt are usual.
But praying four raka'āt is an example of showing special effort to get closer to Allah, the Almighty.
Take every opportunity.
Don't let any pass you by.
You can't get back missed opportunities.
So do everything you can.
These days many wish to make visits in Allah's name, like visiting Awliyā'.
Or they wish to visit the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and perform the Umra as this forgives sins and purifies.
Prayers conducted at the Kaaba in Makkah will be rewarded 100,000 times.
Every single good deed, worship, alms giving will be rewarded 100,000 times there.
So great is the blessing of praying there.
So those who travel there should not waste their time in hotels but pray at the holy sites.
Make sure to perform extra prayers along with the obligatory ones at these holy sites.
Avoid wasting your time in the hotel.
A single prayer made at the Kaaba or in the Prophet's mosque earns a 1,000 times reward.
All acts performed there are rewarded 1,000 times.
So grab every opportunity you can, every time.
A missed opportunity can't be reinstated.
So seize every opportunity for good deeds.
Don't be lazy.
Sometimes people tend to exaggerate.
Don't be tempted by the devil's whispers, which urge you to exaggerate.
People have their limits, they are fragile.
Before you devote yourself entirely to additional prayers, you have duties to fulfill.
People have obligations, such as taking care of their families, earning a living, overseeing and caring for their spouse or children, and meeting their needs.
If you neglect these responsibilities, your additional prayers will not be accepted.
And if you neglect your duties, you will be held responsible.
May Allah protect us.
This is something we should keep in mind.
خير الأمور الوسط
"Maintain a balance", says the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Choose the middle path.
As Sayyiduna Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, once said: Exaggeration is a sign of madness.
علامة الجنون إما إفراط وإما تفريط
Excess is a sign of madness.
Those who exaggerate fanatically risk ending up doing nothing at all.
May Allah, the Almighty, protect us from that.
Allah, the Almighty, only gives people as much as they can bear.
If you take on too much and can't sustain it, that is even worse.
So choose the middle way.
May Allah, the Almighty, bless our prayers and our deeds.
May our deeds lead to good and may we be constant in good.
Consistency is key.
May Allah, the Almighty, grant us consistency, Insha'Allah.

A human is powerless against the power and grandness of Allah the Sublime and Exalted.
In light of His grandness, we can only say Subhan'Allah.
The utmost thing we can say is Subhan'Allah.
Saying Subhan'Allah is a praise that is attributed to no one but Allah th Sublime and Exalted.
This praise is reserved exclusively for Allah.
It is a praise to Allah.
Angels praise.
Everything praises Allah.
This is the way to praise Allah's greatness. Say Subhan'Allah.
Subhan'Allahil 'Aẓīm.
Only with these beautiful words can we attest to His greatness.
His grandness is found in every particle. His power is omnipresent.
Nothing exists that is not also a testament to His power.
Allah, the Sublime and Powerful, shows His grandness everywhere. We can marvel at his omnipotence in ourselves, at every place, on earth, in the heavens, everywhere and in everything.
Those who have knowledge can see this.
Those who do not have knowledge, cannot see this.
In the Noble Quran, Almighty Allah speaks of the Ashābu'l-Maymanah. They are those who see Allah's greatness in everything and praise Allah.
They are the blessed people of goodness.
The qualities of goodnessdistinguish them.
Joy, beauty, and satisfaction are their due.
They are those who believe in Allah the Sublime and Exalted and pay Him tribute.
Those who do not see Allah's greatness behind all things, worship other things, or do not believe in Allah, are miserable. Allah calls them the "Ashābu'l-Mash'amah"
They are ominous and unfortunate.
There is no benefit in everything they do.
They are of no use to themselves or others.
Even if they think of themselves to be something, they are of no worth.
They are ominous and unfortunate people.
In the end, fire awaits them.
Fire is there for them here and in the afterlife.
Someone with knowledge sees the greatness of Allah the Sublime and Highest.
In every particle, at every point, in all things, the greatness of Allah is visible.
Each particle points to the existence of Allah, His grandeur, His Majesty.
Allah has given humans the means to perceive His grandeur. Those who perceive His omnipotence can only marvel at it.
While some are led to believe by this, others become even more stubborn in their disbelief.
They clearly see that there is power, might, something in every particle.
Yet they do not testify to it and thus become unfortunate.
This misfortune befalls them with all sorts of plagues.
May Allah protect.
May Allah the Sublime and Highest always show us his greatness and make us aware.
May Allah allow us to be in the blessing of this awareness.
Success comes from Allah.
Al-Fātiḥa.

Allah, the Exalted and Mighty, created us.
Allah created people to be different from one another.
People have different colors, different languages.
These differences, however, do not entail any judgment. Allah only looks at the reverence of His servant towards Him.
What does it mean to hold reverence for Allah? It means to fear doing something evil or wrong.
A person who has reverence for Allah fears doing wrong because they know they will be held accountable in Divine Court.
But Allah is merciful.
Allah's mercy is greater than His punishment.
If you ask Allah for forgiveness, He will forgive you.
Do not make the mistake of thinking that you will save yourself by saying, I am this or that, or come from here or there.
Your obedience to Allah will save you.
Your striving to gain Allah's pleasure will save you.
Following Allah's path will benefit you.
There are thousands of different people.
People are different through and through.
Different ancestries, colors; everyone is different.
Those who are saved are those who follow Allah's path.
Those who are not on Allah's path can have as much possession as they want in this world, they can rule the world, but in the end it will be of no use to them.
They are not in an advantage, but in a disadvantage, because they are against Allah.
Following Allah's path is beautiful.
Obeying Allah's commandments is a great grace.
It is Allah's gift that we are enabled to walk His path.
We should thank Allah that our ancestors and forefathers walked this path.
The Devil absolutely does not like this.
The Devil would much rather raise generations that do not respect their ancestors.
If the Devil succeeds, he will be content.
But those who are on Allah's path will ultimately be victorious.
With the prayers of our ancestors and forefathers, the path of Islam will be persistent and will prevail.
Sometimes people stray from the path.
And those who have strayed from Allah want to lead everyone else astray, with all sorts of filth, alcohol, drugs, perverse ideas, etc. But Allah is victorious and will triumph.
May they also find guidance and may they abstain from their sinful deeds.
People often regret what they've done, but they've become prisoners of evil, so they can't escape the vicious cycle.
Regardless of what or how often something has happened, one should never cease to show repentance and ask Allah for forgiveness. Allah will forgive you and help you rid yourself of the evil.
May Allah preserve Islam and Muslims.
We are going through difficult times.
May Allah make us steadfast.
May Allah let us hold firmly to faith and Islam.

فِتْيَةٌ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِرَبِّهِمْ وَزِدْنَٰهُمْ هُدًى
صدق الله العظيم
The people whom Allah loves the most are young people who are faithful and understanding. They are the people whom Allah loves.
Because in young years, the power of the devil is stronger.
In one's youth, it is harder to control oneself, one's desires. The young people who fight their ego and its desires, overcome them, and follow the way of Allah, are those whom Allah loves most.
The older ones have already retired.
They start praying as a result of their advanced age.
Of course, it is good that older people pray, but it doesn't compare to the virtue of a young person who dedicates himself to the way of Allah.
Young people who follow the path of Allah, who live for Allah and who progress with love for Allah, are the servants beloved by Allah.
A servant beloved by Allah is considered a wali, a friend of Allah.
A wali is a servant beloved by Allah.
To become a beloved servant of Allah, there are naturally obstacles on the path. Especially in today's time, one is exposed to all kinds of evils.
The worst evil, however, are the same-age friends of the young people who have gone astray.
Bad friends pose a bad influence because they also want to lead others away from the good path.
A bad friend who is on a bad path is a thousand times worse than the devil.
The devil causes harm. A bad friend inflicts a thousand harms.
May Allah forbid.
Nowadays, there are many bad friends.
Therefore, it is difficult for a young person of today to follow Allah's path.
But as a young person, despite everything, to follow the path of Allah is a merit that is accordingly rewarded. Allah will bless the young people greatly, will grant them major blessings and a lot of goodness.
These gifts will manifest themselves in this world as well as in the afterlife.
A person who follows Allah's path will also find peace in this world.
People who walk the wrong path constantly suffer losses.
They lose in this world and also in the hereafter.
Allah's path is the path of light, of good, of blessing, of benefit.
On Allah's path, there are all kinds of advantages.
But for those who deviate from Allah's path, there are all sorts of dangers and losses.
May Allah protect both the elderly and the young.
Young people must be especially careful and take better care of themselves.
Young people should be aware of who they hang out with and who their friends are.
If a friend is not good for your faith, even in the slightest, it's best to be cautious and keep your distance.
Don't be dazzled by people's showiness.
The show is not worth a dime.
With their showiness, people only harm themselves.
Don't let yourself get harmed as well.
May Allah protect from harm.
May Allah guide us on the right path, insha'Allah.

We listened to a recording of a speech by Sheikh Nazim yesterday. Masha'Allah, his words and each of his speeches are consistently beautiful.
In this speech, he asked what Allah, the Exalted and Mighty, loves most.
What Allah loves most is the marriage between two Muslims, a woman and a man, he said.
Marriage is what pleases Allah the most.
Marriage is of great significance.
What pleases Allah is what people need and what is good for them.
The things that Allah does not love are those that harm people.
The things that displease Allah are not beneficial to people, instead they directly harm them and can even destroy them.
Marriage is an institution that Allah loves.
Allah blesses those who marry with gifts.
These gifts cannot exist on earth.
If only a fraction of these gifts were to fall to earth, this world could not contain it. Only Paradise can accommodate these gifts.
These gifts from Allah for marriage will be allotted to people in the Hereafter.
While the married couple is still in this world, Allah's gifts are ready for them in Paradise.
Allah keeps these gifts in His treasuries until the married couple comes to Paradise, so that these gifts can be presented to them.
The earth is not worthy of these gifts.
Only in Paradise can these gifts exist.
The world is a lowly place of trial. Allah's gifts for marriage are a precious commodity, for which only Paradise is good enough.
Marriage is a gift from Allah to people.
Allah has bestowed the honor of marriage upon honorable people.
The honor and beauty of marriage, Allah gives exclusively to people.
Animals do not marry, neither do birds or insects.
Only humans marry, and jinns too.
Jinns marry just like us, but they live in another world, which we cannot see. Jinns also follow Sharia rules.
The jinns have recognized our Prophet.
The marriages of the jinns are like ours.
There is no difference.
In the recording of Sheikh Nazim's speech, which we listened to yesterday, he then asks, what drives Satan into a rage?
What drives Satan mad is marriage.
So, what pleases Allah the most is at the same time what angers Satan the most. Marriage causes Satan to despair, even destroys him.
For this reason, the Devil now brings forth absurd things to abolish or replace marriage.
Marriage is a covenant made between a man and a woman.
Marriage does not occur between a man and an animal.
Marriage does not occur between two men.
Marriage does not occur between two women.
These are absurd things that the devil loves and that ultimately serve the destruction of marriage.
Satan wants to destroy marriage.
Satan detests it when a man and a woman enter into the covenant of marriage.
It sends him into a fury and drives him mad.
Marriage destroys Satan.
Those things that ruin Satan are advantageous for people.
What the devil loves, however, is only harmful to people.
May Allah protect people.
May Allah protect Muslims and all of mankind from these perversions and evils.
It is the greatest of all evils.
It not only ruins Islam, but all of mankind.
What then remains of man? Nothing remains.
May Allah protect us.
May Allah send us the Saviour.
The devils and their rabble have increased.
Only Mahdi, peace be upon him, will cleanse the world of this evil and these evildoers.
Worldwide, the Holy Qur'an was recited completely several times by our brothers and sisters. Countless Yasin Shareef, blessings upon our beloved Prophet, and Tasbihat were recited.
We dedicate and present these recitations to our beloved Prophet, his honorable family and companions, to all Prophets, Saints, believers, Masters and to the souls of our ancestors.
For the arrival of good and the disappearance of evil. For bliss in this world and in the Hereafter.

عجلوا بالتوبة، قبل الموت، عجلوا بالصلاة، قبل الفوت
Be quick to pray and seek Allah's forgiveness for your sins before death catches up.
Don't allow the time for prayer to slip away. Act promptly!
Time doesn't stand still, it marches on.
Another year has flown by.
The past year slipped away, the past decade is gone, the twenty years prior have vanished.
It whisks by, it dissipates unexpectedly.
You barely even notice it, you tend to think nothing is happening.
We are now nearing the closing of the year in accordance with the solar calendar.
Allah has crafted the sun, the moon, the days, the months, and the years for us to keep track of time.
There are two systems of timekeeping.
There's the Hijri year based on the lunar calendar. We utilize this for all religious matters to enact the decrees of Islam.
And then there's the solar year.
This is what people use to coordinate their lives, their occupations, their vacations, their worldly undertakings, to put it plainly.
Both the lunar and solar calendar are gifts from Allah and both have their purpose. There is no need to solely use the solar calendar for worldly endeavors in place of the lunar calendar.
The aim is to be conscious of the wisdom encrypted in the passage of days, months, and years: Time progresses relentlessly.
You see, this year is approaching its conclusion.
People commemorate the year's end with elation, with revelry.
They drink and make merry.
And then this year fades away and the subsequent one arrives.
And what transpires when the new year dawns? A fragment of your life has slipped away.
You're inching closer to death.
Death is imminent.
Are you ready for it? No, I haven't prepared for life's end.
I've made arrangements for the end-of-year celebration.
We'll indulge in food and drink, and who knows what else.
Everything imaginable and more will be part of the festivities!
People gloat over their end-of-year extravagance as though it's an achievement.
Extravagance isn't an achievement.
Rather, one should hasten to seek Allah's mercy, so He may forgive our transgressions. The door to repentance is always open.
Before death, before drawing your last breath, there is still an opportunity in this world to beseech Allah's forgiveness.
Once death arrives, it's too late.
Then, it's all done and dusted.
Afterward, the opportunity has slipped away.
Regardless of how much you rue your past life after your passing, you must endure your punishment indefinitely.
The same holds true for prayer.
A person who neglects prayer can't retrieve the blessings of that missed prayer, even if they plead for those blessings throughout their lifetime.
Praying punctually holds immense worth and bestows the greatest blessings.
People don't view their prayers seriously enough.
Allah, of course, forgives, but one cannot recover the blessing of a missed prayer.
The benefit of that missed prayer is forever lost.
You've bypassed a blessing. Now you can only compensate for the prayer itself, thus freeing yourself from this spiritual debt.
You redeem the missed prayer, and Allah receives it. Yet, the magnitude of what's lost remains grand.
You will not recapture the blessing of that once missed prayer.
Throughout one's life, one mustn't forget these two key points.
The days just whiz by.
They rush past swiftly, your life ebbs away.
Instead of squandering the year-end in frivolity, one should implore Allah for forgiveness for their sins and misjudgments.
Regrettably, people always surpass themselves in their excesses.
May Allah grant us understanding.
A discerning person would not engage in these actions.
Only a person lacking understanding would behave as such.
Only someone bereft of understanding brags about their excesses, viewing nonsense as something noteworthy.
May Allah safeguard us.
May Allah guide the masses.
May He shield our children from adopting these harmful behaviors.

Allah, the Most Exalted and Powerful, calls on you to aid one another in virtuous acts.
Doing good deeds leads to the benefit of all.
So, let us help each other in performing acts of righteousness.
Acting virtuously may be challenging for many; it's indeed complex.
Discourage cooperation in wrongdoings, harmful pursuits, or any other forms of wickedness.
Allah reminds you to assist each other in acts of righteousness.
In this age, people are often plagued with jealousy.
However, there's no place for envy when it comes to doing good.
One should be motivated by admiration, not jealousy, when observing good acts.
"I wish I could also participate. If only I had the ability to assist, the resources to facilitate help, the power to do good"-- that's how you should admire >
Jealousy should have no place.
In the realm of righteousness, envy has no foothold.
By helping each other in goodness, you are acting upon Allah’s command, who is the Highest and the Mightiest.
This yields piety, blessings, and strength.
Muslims require spiritual fortitude.
Indeed, spiritual vigor is granted to those who assist others.
The more you help, the more Allah assists His servant.
The current state of the Muslim Ummah reflects the consequences of lack of mutual support.
Post the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, the culture of support and admiration diminished, only to be replaced by persistent envy.
"If he can do it, why can't I? And if I can't, he shouldn't either." Such was the sentiment amongst Muslims post the Ottoman rule.
This is the manipulation of Satan.
Instigating divisions and turning Muslims against each other.
Whatever they embark upon, is driven by their egos.
Acts led by ego can never yield goodness.
They are utterly fruitless.
Whoever aids another for the sake of Allah and His path, Allah aids him.
Remember this.
Many self-proclaimed scholars exist.
They're armed with knowledge, but the thought of mutual assistance does not occur to them.
Let us help others, so Allah may help us in return.
Keep in mind, if you lend a helping hand, Allah, the Supreme Helper, will help you in turn.
Allah will be by your side, assisting you.
Conversely, if you withhold help from others, Allah will do the same.
Jealousy is pernicious.
Refrain from abetting each other in harmful acts and misdeeds.
Be consistent in acts of righteousness.
Aim to surpass each other in doing good.
Healthy competition is beneficial.
Motivate yourself to contribute more, to do more.
But without harbouring any jealousy.
As stated before, admiration is the key.
Admiration and envy are polar opposites.
They stand in stark contrast to each other.
Envy calls for the sentiment: "If I am unable to do it, he shouldn't either."
Admiration, on the other hand, implies: "I am unable to do it, but I hope I could."
Admiration roots for: "May Allah grant him more strength, may He provide him with increased support."
May Allah bestow this positive attribute and capability upon all of us.
When Muslims extend support to one another, no power can defeat them.
May Allah help us all and enable us to be supportive towards one another.
