May Jumah be blessed.
Our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said that Jumah is the best day of the week.
Just as our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is the best human being, Allah, the Exalted, has also given him the best blessings, such as Jumah.
It is a great honor and grace from Allah to be part of the Prophet's community.
On Jumah, there are certain tasks to gain more merits.
One should perform the full ablution Ghusl and give alms.
Additionally, one should read Surah al-Kahf before Jumah or at least at some time on Jumah.
Reading this Surah brings light from one Jumah to the next Jumah.
The grave will be filled with light.
The grave is a dark, gloomy place.
When a person dies, naturally he cannot do anything anymore.
In this darkness of the grave, he will be tortured.
When one reads or hears Surah al-Kahf, the grave becomes illuminated.
Darkness and oppression disappear.
This is one of the gifts of our Prophet to us.
The grave is a place of horror and fear.
No matter how faithful someone is, to dispel the darkness of the grave, one should read or hear Surah al-Kahf every Jumah.
It is actually better to read it before Jumah, but it can also be read at any time on Jumah.
Surah al-Kahf has great merits.
Those who read the first and last verses will be protected from the evil of the Dajjal.
The Dajjal will appear at the end of times.
Since we are living in the End Times, his appearance is one of the great signs of the Day of Judgement.
To be protected from him, it is necessary to read Surah al-Kahf.
If one reads the first and last pages of Surah al-Kahf, they will, with Allah's permission, be safeguarded from the evil of the Dajjal.
The number of Dajjals has increased.
However, the actual Dajjal, the great, blind Dajjal, has not yet appeared; he is still awaited.
Many people are waiting for him.
Every day new helpers of the great Dajjal appear.
The small Dajjals are becoming more numerous.
What are the characteristics of the Dajjal?
To make evil appear as good.
To make good appear as evil.
May Allah protect us from their evil.
May Allah protect us from their evil influence.
Because they are targeting faith.
They are trying to turn people away from faith and make them atheistic or disbelievers.
May Allah protect us from their evil.
Reading Surah al-Kahf every Jumah, especially the first and last verses, protects people from their evil.
May Allah help us.

One of the outstanding characteristics of the Prophet, peace be upon him, is his kindness towards people.
Doing good deeds.
Getting along well with everyone.
That is his way.
We should follow this example and do the same.
The better you get along with people, the better things will go for you.
Then you follow the path of the Prophet, peace be upon him.
As long as no one wants to harm you directly, you should try to get along well with this person.
Strive for a good relationship.
Sometimes it can of course be necessary to take action.
There are two ways of acting.
One way of evil actions and one of good actions.
Always choose the good, so you avoid trouble.
By following the path of the Prophet, peace be upon him, you can eventually win this person over.
You can form a friendship with them.
You will bring them onto the right path.
Otherwise, if you become enemies, it brings no benefit.
Then you have done evil as well as led the person away from the good path.
Good brings good.
Evil brings evil.
Every path you take should lead to good.
Sometimes obstacles can appear on this path.
You can bypass them and still stay on the right path.
If you absolutely want to stop and fight, you will be left behind.
Therefore, manage people.
The blessed Prophet said, in essence: "Allah has sent me to teach good dealings with people."
His way is the right one.
Often people see a good person and want to follow their example.
They feel affection.
This affection brings them onto the right path.
The path can sometimes be closed.
One must think about how to overcome the obstacle.
We should overcome it with good.
If you use evil, you will be stuck.
It will bring benefit neither to you nor to others.
Allah has given us intellect so that we can understand each other.
If you use your intellect, you will surely reach good.
If you do not use your intellect, you tend to do evil.
May Allah help us all.
These are difficult times.
It is not easy to maintain a good relationship with people.
After a short time, people run out of patience and explode.
They insult each other.
Sometimes they even go further and fight.
In some cases, it escalates to deadly confrontations.
Therefore, the better your relationship with people, the more blessed it will be.
Even if conflicts arise, remain calm and patient; you may have some trouble, but it will soon pass.
However, if you fight, all your time will be wasted and you will feel bad.
The better you can deal with people, the better it will be.
There is never a good reason for conflict and chaos.

كُلَّشَيۡءِۭبِأَمۡرِرَبِّهَا
(46:25)
Everything in this world is in the hands of Allah, the Exalted.
Allah does what He wills.
Nothing is difficult for Him.
For Allah, the Exalted, nothing is impossible.
Whoever trusts in Allah finds inner peace.
Whoever does not trust in Allah is restless.
What does trust in God mean?
Trust means faith.
The stronger a person's faith in Allah, the greater his trust and the more peace he finds.
Therefore, faith is an immeasurable gift.
It is the greatest gift bestowed upon humans.
Without faith, nothing has value.
Even worldly things become useless then.
Even if the entire world belonged to you.
Without trust, without faith, you have no peace.
You constantly worry about how to protect your possessions.
You will not find inner peace.
You will have sleepless nights, fearing to lose it all.
You will have no peace.
Without trust, without faith, nothing has value.
The significance of all gifts lies in faith.
Without faith, nothing is of use.
A believer, even if he has nothing, trusts in Allah. With this faith, everything turns out well.
Every matter and every situation is a blessing for a believer for his well-being.
He complains about nothing.
He does not feel disturbed.
However, without faith, everything can disturb.
Nothing gives a person the feeling that they have truly achieved something, no matter what they do.
No matter how much they do, they always chase after further desires.
And even these desires bring them no benefit.
May Allah protect us.
May He strengthen our faith so that we find everything beautiful.
Allah, the Exalted, makes everything beautiful.
This is a saying of the pious.
'See what my Allah does, He makes everything beautiful', they have said.
This is a beautiful saying of the believers and saints of past times; the believer takes it to heart.
He accepts it as good news for himself.
May Allah strengthen our faith.

May the Day of Ashura be blessed.
May it bring us blessings.
Many wonderful things have happened today.
What Allah wills, happens.
Nothing happens if Allah does not will it.
مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَ وَمَا لَمْ يَشَأْ لَمْ يَكُنْ
Look at what has been commanded to you.
Do not concern yourself with things that do not concern you.
Look at your own ego.
Discipline your ego.
Do not look at what others are doing.
These matters concern Allah, the Exalted.
Everything is under His judgment.
Everything is under Allah's judgment.
May this Day of Ashura bring continuous blessings.
Pay attention to your own needs.
Ask Allah for their fulfillment.
Pray to Allah to attain strong, true faith.
Ask for steadfastness on the right path.
Ask for guidance for the Muslims.
Ask for protection for them.
Ask for healing, well-being, and everything you need.
It is unnecessary to concern yourself with other things.
Every day, prayers are answered.
But today, they are even more accepted.
Today is a day with more blessings.
Therefore, do not let Satan tempt you today.
Do not distract yourself with other thoughts.
Allah, the Exalted, is the one who does and makes everything happen.
We strive for and ask for His blessings.
Blessings lie in the family of the Prophet.
May their souls be pleased with us.
We also pray for them.
We benefit from their blessings.
Their blessings bring healing and all goodness.
May we always be with them.
May we be with them in this life and the Hereafter.
The Prophet, may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him, left us two things as blessings:
The Holy Qur'an and the love and affection for the Prophet's family.
The Prophet, may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him, said: "I have left you the Holy Qur'an and the love for my family."
As long as you hold on to both, you will succeed.
If you give up one of them, you will not succeed.
Some give up the Qur'an, others the love for the Prophet's family.
Thanks be to Allah, the Tariqa teaches us the truth to consider both.
This path follows the words of the Prophet.
It brings us all goodness, both in this life and the Hereafter.
Otherwise, if you act according to your own mind, you will achieve nothing.
Thanks be to Allah, we are on this path.
We are on a good path.
Many people have lost their way.
They do not know what to do.
This Day of Ashura is a blessed day.
Today, prayers are answered.
Certain duties must also be fulfilled.
There is a prayer with four Rakat, in which Surah Ikhlas is recited eleven times each.
Do Dhikr and Tasbih.
It is also very beneficial to recite Surah Ikhlas one thousand times until the evening today.
It brings great benefits.
Today, one should perform good deeds.
For health, the Prophet, peace be upon him, advises a complete washing, ghusl.
One should buy something to bless the household.
One should give alms.
These things will benefit us.
Beneficial both for this life and the Hereafter.
Worldly things are also necessary for Muslims so that they are dependent on no one.
May Allah make no one in need.
May Allah grant relief to everyone.
May Allah help the Muslims in need.
May these difficulties end.

Allah commands that goodness should prevail among Muslims.
If a Muslim harbors enmity towards his brother, Allah commands him to reconcile.
The relationship between Muslims must be good.
Islam commands love and peace.
It is Allah's command that all Muslims should love one another.
This is commanded in the Hadiths as well as in the Holy Quran.
Allah says that there should be no enmity between Muslims.
When enmity prevails among Muslims, discord arises and it will not end well.
Therefore, the religion of Islam commands love and affection.
It does not command enmity.
It forbids enmity.
Since the time of the Prophet, the way of the Prophet, which is also the way of the Tariqat and continues to this day, forbids enmity and resentment.
You should love whom Allah loves.
And for those whom Allah does not love, you must pray to Allah for their guidance.
Those whom Allah does not love, we cannot love.
However, you must not quarrel with someone who is on Allah's path.
And for those who are not on Allah's path, we pray that they will be guided.
Since the time of the Prophet, Satan has been deceiving people:
إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ أَن يُوقِعَ بَيْنَكُمُ ٱلْعَدَٰوَةَ وَٱلْبَغْضَآءَ
(5:91)
Allah says this in a holy verse.
Satan wants enmity, hatred, and for you not to love one another.
That is his goal.
That is his task.
Until the Day of Resurrection, he will work on this.
He will continue this task.
He fulfills his task.
You must also fulfill your task.
What is your task?
To resist him and do the opposite of what he commands.
If you do the opposite, you are doing what Allah has ordained.
This will bring you great reward.
Satan's deception and traps will be useless.
Everything he does and tries will be in vain.
If you do what Satan says, he will be very pleased.
“Look, I have sent someone to hell again,” he will rejoice.
Therefore, we should not do what he wants.
We must strive to ensure that there is no enmity and discord among us.
It was also so during the times of the Ottomans.
They got along well with everyone.
Whether they were Muslims, Christians, Jews, Persians, or Zoroastrians - they got along well with all.
Allah helped them.
They acted justly.
As long as one is on Allah's path, Allah helps.
May Allah help us all.
May there be no discord.
Discord pleases Satan.
May we do what Allah loves.
May Allah grant us all success.

This is the month of Muharram, a blessed month.
The most blessed day of this month is the 10th day.
Our Prophet, peace be upon him, recommended us to fast on this day.
So this is not an obligation, but a recommendation.
It is of great benefit for our Hereafter.
One is rewarded with Paradise.
Whoever fasts on this day will have their sins of the past year forgiven.
Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, out of His mercy, creates opportunities for our sins to be forgiven.
This is one of those opportunities.
In fact, one’s sins are forgiven if one shows repentance and asks for forgiveness daily.
When one shows repentance, the angels do not record any sins.
The angels wait 8-10 hours before recording a sin, hoping that one shows repentance and asks for forgiveness.
If one does not show repentance, the angels record the sin.
If someone has forgotten or neglected to show repentance, they can still be cleansed of the sins of the past year by fasting on the day of Ashura.
Fasting on the day of Ashura is not observed on just one day.
One fasts either on the 9th and 10th of Muharram or on the 10th and 11th days.
By observing this fast, the sins of an entire year are forgiven.
When the sins are forgiven, the burden of the sins is lifted from one.
This applies to the past year; for the coming year, one must continue to show repentance and ask for forgiveness.
We must continue to show repentance so that the sins we have committed are forgiven.
Our Prophet, peace be upon him, was given the good news in Surah Al-Fath that Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, forgives his past and future sins.
All Prophets are innocent anyway.
They have no sins.
Besides the Prophets, there is no one who does not commit sins and is innocent.
Whether they are saints, companions, or the family of the Prophet, they all are below the Prophets in their rank and are not innocent.
Some people think that saints do not commit sins or make mistakes.
But they do.
They are servants of Allah.
Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, created humans so that they would show repentance and their sins would be forgiven.
The only ones specifically created are the Prophets who do not make mistakes or commit sins.
If they made mistakes, people would not trust them.
Their significance would be lost.
Therefore, despite his sinlessness, our Prophet said 70 times a day: “I ask for forgiveness, Astaghfirullah.”
Our Prophet said it as a lesson for us.
That means he showed repentance and asked for forgiveness even though he had no sins.
Therefore, we also show repentance and ask for forgiveness every day.
Fasting on the day of Ashura, observed optionally on the 9th and 10th days of Muharram, will be very beneficial.
Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, will give great rewards in the Hereafter to whoever observes this fast.
In fact, it would be much better if one fasted from the first to the tenth day of Muharram, but if that is not possible, one should fast on the 9th and 10th or the 10th and 11th days.
Fasting on the day of Ashura is not observed on just one day, as our Prophet, peace be upon him, indicated:
“If I live to see the next year, I will fast for two days,” he said.
But he already knew that he would not live to see the next year.
Therefore, he recommended it to us.
May Allah be pleased with all of you.
The day of Ashura is a blessed day.
Some people do bad things on this day.
The 10th day of Muharram is not a bad day.
There is good in everything.
There is a lesson, a wisdom, a piece of advice for people in everything.
Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, has given us every type of goodness.
Our Prophet has brought goodness to his community.
Whoever follows him finds goodness.
Whoever does not follow him must know for themselves how to cope.
May Allah guide people to improvement.
May Allah grant us all guidance.
2024-07-13 - Dergah, Akbaba, İstanbul
Our beloved Prophet, peace be upon him, taught us the consummate character.
Everything our beloved Prophet, peace be upon him, did, was marked by beauty.
In a Hadith, the Prophet, peace be upon him, says: "I was sent to guide people and to perfect noble character."
What does it require to guide people? It requires getting along well with people.
It does not mean causing difficulties for people, but showing tolerance towards their habits—as long as they are not bad—and living harmoniously with them.
If they do things that are really not good, then these people should be warned gradually so that they abandon the wrong path.
There are some people who always cause difficulties.
This is not a good trait.
It is also not a trait of our beloved Prophet, peace be upon him.
If our beloved Prophet, peace be upon him, did not like something, he remained silent.
If he was dissatisfied, he said nothing.
When he was silent, the companions understood that the situation was not good.
They then asked: "What did we do wrong?"
Then our beloved Prophet, peace be upon him, explained it.
Therefore, wherever you go, you should be cautious so that you are listened to.
That means, if you see something, it is sometimes good to say something immediately, and sometimes it does more harm than good.
Of course, a warning must be given, but there is a method for that.
There is a way to do it.
It should not be done in a rude and degrading manner.
It can be done with kind words or even without words.
Because getting along well with people is nothing bad.
On the contrary, it is the instruction of our beloved Prophet, peace be upon him.
It is his Sunnah, and it is something very beautiful.
Even his enemies were given the opportunity to turn away from their mistakes.
He endured their actions and later brought them to the right path.
On the other hand, today there are people who believe they are doing good by driving others away.
They alienate people from the faith.
That is not good.
The beautiful thing is to win people over and to convey to them the value of worship.
May Allah endow us all with noble character traits.
Let us guide the people.
Of course, it is not easy to guide people.
But there is a reward for it.
There is a benefit.
This will definitely be a great benefit for humanity.
Guiding people and helping them find the right path is a great grace. Allah has granted us this honor.
May Allah give us all strength.
May He enable us to do this.

Allah says:
When you hear something, examine it thoroughly.
Is it true or not? Do not judge hastily.
If you rush to conclusions, you will regret it.
You will cause harm to others.
Then you will find out that the news was false.
And you will regret the damage you have caused.
Allah describes our current state in the Holy Quran.
Without verification, what is heard is immediately believed, and evil thoughts about others arise.
And not only that, often harm and suffering are inflicted.
Do not act hastily if you will regret it in the end.
In this time, there are many negative situations.
There is a well-known proverb: "Throw mud, something will stick."
This means that even if the mud falls off, the mark remains.
It remains in people's minds.
Your thoughts should be pure.
They should be free of evil suspicions.
Our ancestors said: "Do not believe everything you hear."
If you believe everything you hear, you will be a plaything and mockery of others' wishes all your life.
The current state is exactly like this.
People are deceived everywhere.
As soon as someone says something, they believe it immediately.
They do not believe in the Quran, they do not believe in the Prophet.
When someone lies, they believe his words and cause devastation, escalate tensions, and do all sorts of bad things.
And today's people unfortunately do not regret it.
In the times of the Prophet, peace be upon him, people still regretted their actions.
But nowadays there is no regret, nothing.
After the truth comes to light, they remain silent or insist: "What we heard is correct" and continue to promote evil.
May Allah protect us.
Those who do evil will reap evil.
A liar will never succeed.
The sins of those who lie and slander others are great.
In the Hereafter, their punishment will be very great.
If they do not apologize and ask for forgiveness in this world, their suffering in the Hereafter will be very great.
But nowadays people do not apologize.
There is no apology, no admission of error among the people of this time.
It is rare, but most have not learned this behavior.
Since the Ottoman Empire, it has become worse; there is no decency, no morals anymore.
May Allah protect us.
May Allah give people understanding and wisdom.
And may Allah send us Mahdi Alayhissalam.
2024-07-11 - Dergah, Akbaba, İstanbul
So follow it, and do not follow other ways, for they will lead you away from His way. (6:153)
Allah, the All-Mighty, has spoken the truth.
Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, says:
Do not depart from the straight path.
If you depart from the straight path, many other ways will appear.
You will not know which one is right and which one is wrong.
You will deviate from the path.
The path is the path of Allah.
The true path is the path of Allah, the Mighty and Exalted.
The true path is the path of the Prophet, peace be upon him.
Our guide is the Prophet, peace be upon him.
To follow his path, Allah has given us scholars, sheikhs, saints, and the disciples and companions.
Allah commands to follow the path they have shown.
Their path is the right path.
There is only one path.
Do not abandon it.
Do not act on your own accord.
Stay on this path as best as you can.
If you say: "We do not like this path, let us take another," then you depart from the right path.
Whoever departs from the right path will fail.
To teach the right path, Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, sent prophets to the communities.
After the prophets, He sent disciples, companions, sheikhs, and scholars.
Following their path means salvation and redemption.
Abandoning their path means ruin.
One should act as best as possible.
For what one cannot achieve, one should ask Allah for forgiveness.
However, if one, instead of admitting mistakes, justifies them and stubbornly says: "No, I find this more suitable," that person commits a grave mistake and sin.
We do what we can.
For what we cannot do, we ask Allah for forgiveness.
Whoever calls the wrong right follows their ego.
He does what his ego wants.
He follows his own way.
He deviates from the right path.
Therefore, one should be careful not to act based on one's own judgement.
It is not up to you to pass judgment on matters of faith.
It is not up to you to leave the right path and invent another way.
Follow the existing path.
There are not many paths, but only one.
You should follow this one right path. Then you will be among the winners and gain entrance to Paradise.
Otherwise, man will fail.
May Allah protect us from the evil of Satan and our ego.

Our Prophet, peace be upon him, described the month of Muharram as blessed.
This month is one of the Haram months, the sacred months.
These months therefore enjoy special esteem.
After the migration to Medina, fasting during Ramadan became obligatory.
Prior to this, it was customary to fast during the month of Muharram, but it was voluntary.
It was not obligatory at that time.
Nevertheless, fasting was still practiced.
After the introduction of obligatory fasting during Ramadan, fasting during Muharram remained voluntary.
Although it is voluntary, fasting on the Day of Ashura is a Sunna.
One can fast on the 9th day, on the 9th and 10th, or on the 10th and 11th day.
Fasting on these days corresponds to the Sunna of our Prophet.
It is a Sunna of the Prophet and not simply voluntary fasting.
Whoever fulfills the Sunna of our Prophet gains immense benefits.
It is not advisable to underestimate these benefits.
The devil tries to confuse human reason.
He tries to keep us away from all good things.
If there is something good, he sows doubt about it.
The devil always finds an excuse to make us stray from the right path and not achieve goodness.
It is to our advantage to practice the Sunnas as much as possible.
Do not listen to anyone who tries to keep you away from the Sunna.
Many people seem to tell the truth but spread misconceptions.
At first glance, it may seem correct.
But within this supposed truth lies a lie.
A lie that harms us.
People who do not value the Sunna harm others and have little appreciation for others.
We should practice the Sunnas of our Prophet as much as possible.
Many people ask why we were created.
The Exalted Allah has given us the answer:
"I have created jinn and mankind only to worship Me."
Whatever form of worship exists, we should practice it as much as we can.
If we do not succeed, it is not a disgrace.
However, it is wrong to prevent others from worshiping.
The Sunna of our Prophet is a command from our Prophet.
He said: "Follow my Sunna."
And also the Sunna of the rightly guided Caliphs who will come after me.
And the Sunna of the Companions.
They lived according to the Sunnas of the Prophet, and we should follow their examples.
We should do our best in this regard.
There are necessary things like drinking water and eating.
Likewise, there are vital things for our souls.
Without spirituality, we are like animals, stones, or a wooden plank, useless.
A person elevates when he attains spirituality.
May Allah help us.
We must do our best.
Our intention is to act as best as possible, and Allah rewards according to intention.
May Allah accept it.
